Private and serene, this is one of Wailea’s most established developments with unparalleled beach access. Located next to the Fairmont Kea Lani, which features plenty of dining options within walking distance, and just a short drive from the world-class Shops at Wailea.

A note about our tropical environment: Our ground-floor condo lets you enjoy easy beach access and the beautiful Maui breeze. Please keep in mind that if the lanai doors are left open, a few curious island visitors, like geckos or small insects, might wander in. We recommend keeping doors closed to keep the indoors as comfortable as possible. The air conditioning also will not run with the lanai doors open. Mahalo for helping us keep paradise peaceful and pest-free!

The beachfront location was ideal for our 4 kids to have access to the sand and waves. Condo was very well appointed with all that was needed to accommodate a family vacation. Comfortable beds and quite evenings made for a relaxing atmosphere. We will be back!

Thanksgiving in Paradise

Polo Club 108

Throughly enjoyed our stay. This condo has high end finishes along with a well equipped kitchen and is very clean and comfortable. The ocean view is beautiful and the ground level is convenient to the almost private beach. The landscape outside the condo created privacy and is beautiful and lush. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit with new updates!

We had a wonderful time in Kim's Hawaii home! The condo was appointed well and the new updates were great! It was perfect with a 14 month old as he could walk out onto the patio and the lawn. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

The unit was extremely clean and comfortable! The location is hard to beat, we woke up to the sound of the waves crashing against the beach every morning. The condo is quiet and has a beautiful view of the water. We had everything we needed from pool/beach toys, towels, shampoo/conditioner and more. The pantry and fridge are well stocked with non-perishable items. We loved our stay here - the unit has been so tastefully renovated and feels refreshing. We will certainly be back!

Fabulous family vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Polo Beach club. Kim's condo is beautiful and recently renovated- it's quiet, spacious, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, the open floor plan is great for relaxing and enjoying meals. The kitchen is well-designed and fully stocked, and the bathrooms are large and bright. Kim has also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach and ocean. We loved the ocean view, and the convenience of being a short walk to the beach, pool and Wailea beach path. We highly recommend!!

Exceptional apartment and location.

A number of our friends stayed in this complex and we all absolutely loved the location, right on the beach, walking distance to all the beautiful luxury hotels and resorts. Our apartment though, was particularly gorgeous: beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed from beach towels, to plenty of bedding options, well-lit bathrooms, yoga mats and outdoor furniture. The owners were so easy to contact and helpful! We have made plans to return to the same condo every few years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you Kim- absolutely outstanding.

Polo Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at Polo Beach Club. If anything the photos don’t do this lovely condo justice. Feet from the sand, clean as a whistle, modern updates throughout and everything one could need for a fabulous family vacation. There’s no doubt a ground floor space with a lovely lanai is worth every Penny and that definitely proved true for us. Our teens were able to boogie board and play soccer on the sand, and we all played cards on the lanai wile making dinner every night. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beyond well equipped and dark for sleeping. We also loved the proximity to the wailea path and small town of Kihei. We got fresh poke every night from Foodland. We hope to be back soon!!

Prime location, beautiful modern decor, clean, well stocked, high quality furniture/appliances etc. Beach was pristine. Quiet, peaceful, orderly and well maintained complex. Parking was a breeze the entire time (a great hidden benefit). The pictures don't do this condo justice. This place is so much nicer than I expected. This has to be the nicest looking unit in the entire complex. I can't imagine it being any better. A true 5-star experience.

Everything we could have wished

I cannot say enough about this lovely condo. I am fussy about cleanliness and from the moment I walked in I was impressed. The entire condo was immaculate. The kitchen remodel is stunning - it looks like a page from a magazine. We cooked almost every day and found everything we needed. Some things, like the refrigerator, were so upscale that we didn't even notice all the functions right away. We didn't find the ice maker until the day before we left. :) The beds were super comfortable and the large size of the toiletries were so helpful. The living room looks out onto such a beautiful view that we spent more time there than we expected. The patio was also a favorite. Being in one of the front units could not have been much better. Kim was so easy to work with and her replies were fast. She was very patient with all my questions! The entire complex was quiet and beautiful and the beach was terrific. The weather was a bit windy so we couldn't snorkel on Polo Beach but we spent plenty of time playing in the waves. This wasn't a problem for us but there are 2 steps down from the hall to the kitchen area so it is something to consider for elderly people. I could rave on and on about the condo but I hope you have the chance to see it in person. And I hope I have the chance to see it again soon...

The unit was beautiful. Nicely updated and well stocked. Location is amazing. Just relax sit on the patio and enjoy the view and sound of crashing waves. Property owner and property management company were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It exceeded every one of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and very well thought out. It had everything we needed plus plenty of extras. We didn’t want to leave. Even the linens were high quality and the diffusers throughout added such a nice touch. My kids loved the high end appliances too. This was hands down the nicest VRBO condo we have ever stayed in.

Prime apartment in a prime location!

This is our second visit, and that says it all! A beautiful modern apartment in the best location. Nothing can beat watching the sunset from your own Lanai and hearing the waves when you wake up. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen (everything you need and more). Great showers. Amazing linens. Top notch! Highly recommended!

Unbelievable stay in Maui! The place was amazing. As soon as you walk in the view is amazing and the furnishings/kitchen is amazing! Kim was a great host. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have as well. Highly recommend for a stay in Maui!

Amazing Property

This unit is the perfect place to stay for your next Maui vacation! Located on Wailea, this first floor condo is steps from the beach and pool. Gorgeous sunset views! The interior is updated with a state of the art kitchen, perfect for cooking meals at home. The condo has everything you should need during your stay - the owner thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again!!
