Unique opportunity to stay in a one-bedroom, top floor home at one of the most desired properties on Maui. Polo Beach #808 will be your favorite place to stay when visiting the island. Top floor, corner unit with EXQUISITE VIEWS of the Pacific Ocean, Molokini, Kaho'olawe, and looking back at South Maui. Try to find a better spot to enjoy sunset than your own private, West-facing lanai.

This home has been impeccably updated with many modern features, including pull-out shelves and flip-down concealing cabinetry in the kitchen as well as warm mood lighting throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for those looking to whip up meals at home. Food just tastes better al fresco with ocean views! Plenty of comfortable seating possibilities offered in the living space along with a large wall-mounted Smart TV. Throw on some scenic Hawaii and mute and just listen to the waves of the Pacific Ocean lapping at the shore.
Keep an eye out for Humpback Whales during Winter months as they often breach and play right out front of Polo Beach Club.

The bedroom offers a comfy king bed, ceiling fan, and its own access to the private lanai. Separate Smart TV so you can cozy up in bed and catch up on your fave shows before drifting off to sleep. Grand en suite bathroom has so much space. Huge vanity area with extra spaces for primping and getting ready for the beach or dinner out at one of the nearby fine dining restaurants.

Additional bonus features include central air conditioning throughout the condo, full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and a second full bathroom. Parking and Wifi are complimentary. Beach towels and beach chairs are standard in each home.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the famous resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. A few favorites include Nick's Fish Market, Ko Restaurant, Spago, Lineage, and Ferraro's. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use as well as direct access to Polo Beach. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

POOL/SPA WORK: The pool and hot tub will be closed for approximately 2 weeks beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 to allow for piping and mechanical repairs to the filtration system. During this time, the pool and spa will be drained and no one will be allowed to access the pool deck. Lounge chairs will be moved outside of the pool deck on to the grass. Please call Reservations at (808) 891-2900 with any questions.

Starting December 1st, when you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The polo club and the beach are private and gorgeous. The building is really nice. This unit is incredible. Views of the ocean and the resorts around from the eighth floor are wonderful and you can see the sunset from your balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more. Unit has two bathrooms so my husband and I were able to spread out. Patio chairs and table were very comfortable for relaxing and playing cards and eating dinner. Kitchen was great to cook in. We would rent this unit again for sure. If you are on the fence, do it!!

Top floor unit with great view of ocean from front room and deck looking to the West/Northwest. Covered deck provides great break from sun through the day. Nice pool/hot tub and beach front were a plus for this facility. Underground parking also a plus, but is first come first served. We liked the location for its beach and walking. Many nearby Wailea restaurants to enjoy.

We had a great stay at this lovely property in Wailea. While the place was fantastic, we did encounter some communication challenges with property management. The app messages were not consistently monitored, leading to some confusion. Additionally, I missed a phone call (my oversight) as I was expecting a text reply rather than a voicemail. We requested an early check-in, which was not accommodated. Our request for a late check-out by 30 minutes was initially declined, but we received a notification the next morning at 9:30 am extending the check-out time from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. Instructions for accessing the music system were not provided, and there was no binder with local restaurant recommendations or activities. Despite these communication issues, our overall experience was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I recommend establishing clear communication with property management upon arrival and confirming the most efficient way to stay in touch. Aloha and Mahalo!

This property was as listed. Kitchen has everything you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very helpful. There were beach towels, beach chairs and small coolers for our use on the beach. The beach is amazing. We had an issue with arriving later than we anticipated and the code to the condo did not work. I called the number that was emailed to use prior to arrival. There was no answer or way to leave message. After a couple of times calling the very friendly and helpful agent was able to get us the correct code. Stressful for a bit but they apologized and said they would make sure would resolve the ability to leave a message. I did reach out later to guest services during business hours on another minute issue and they were very helpful. Would book this condo again if available.

Coffee, cocktails, dinner, or even just sitting down in living room, a stunning view of Lanai & West Maui. Sunset is spectacular! Yes, if you leave the doors open, you can hear the ocean. AND the roosters! However, if you do shut the lanai doors, you can’t really hear either. Kitchen has every little thing you'd ever want. Loved having the mini funnels so we could easily fill our “birdie juice” flask! Plenty of wine glasses, plates, bowls, cookware, etc. We used cookie sheets to carry food out to the great grill on the lawn. Complex has pool-side dining tables to watch sunset. Loved the frozen cooler packs so we could keep our drinks cool for golf course and pool (we brought soft-sided cooler, but hard-sided ones in the closet). Loved the electric window shades. Super cool that main lanai doors open to double-wide, with sliding screens. Also loved phantom screen at front door to really open unit up to cool breezes. Loved size/scale of unit & lots of storage space. Loved all the different lighting & the ceiling fans-even in the kitchen! The unit was amazingly clean!! Not a dust bunny anywhere, refrigerator was sparkling!Loved the complex, pool (can see ocean!), basement parking & feel of "private" beach.Because listing description said “updated” & photos are so crisp, we thought it would be updated & modern. The cabinets, while extensive & LOTS of storage, were quite dated. Maybe renovation was 15 years ago? Most floors, counters, furniture, appliances, bathrooms etc. were dated so it’s not sleek & modern. We would rather have island/Maui based art, so it was a bit weird to have the super discounted starving artist canvases. For us, bed was too soft, pillows old & flat, sofa uncomfy-we were sore. All said, we would absolutely stay here again! For the right price. View
