Great location that is quiet and private

I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.

Cozy Condo

Had a wonderful stay with my husband on our honeymoon. The condo was clean, cozy, and was located in a great area of Kihei, close to all the food trucks. King bed was extremely comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and went over above and beyond to make our stay special 100% recommend staying here

A Great Place to Stay in Maui

Lovely little spot

We loved staying here. The location is great (short walk to cafes/food options and the beach). The condo is really cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and gave us personalized recommendations. Would come again!

Great stay!

My sister and I had a great stay! We loved that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The convenient parking spot was great, and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai with the view of the pool. Within walking distance to the beach and lots of great food trucks and restaurants. We’d love to stay again in the future!

This place is great! We stayed here for 8 days and had the best time! It was so homey and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I considered taking the pillows home! It is close to the beach, shops and restaraunts. We're so happy we stayed here, we will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated condo close to the beach!

Loved Karen’s place! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location that is a very short walk to Kamaole 1 and great cafes and food trucks! Karen was also very quick to respond and was gracious enough to provide a late checkout!

Cozy condo by the beach.

We loved the apartment! The location was perfect for all the driving we did, and it's a short 4 minute walk to one of the better beaches on the island. There are lots of food options nearby that are also less then 10 minutes by foot. Out favorite was the Maui Garden food trucks. We would love to rent this place again when we return to Maui. Mahalo

Comfy, clean and perfect location

The hosts were great and communicated everything we needed for a great stay. This condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. It could easily accommodate more than just us. We spent seven nights. It was very clean and comfortable. We had morning coffee and breakfast on the back patio before the short walk to the beach for the day. They've equipped you with everything you need for the beach as well. Very well located for island fun and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Little Paradise!

I cant rave enough about our stay in Kihei at this spot. The location is perfect, you can walk to markets, restaurants and the beach. The place itself is very stylish and clean. The pool and bbq area is great! The neighbours are friendly and had great suggestions on where to go and what to do. The condo had everything you needed, including a/c which is hard to come by I guess. Kihei was a great spot as it was easy to get around, a quick drive to Lahaina or Kahului and had amazing beaches. 100% would recommend to everyone and would stay again. Thanks for sharing your place!

Great condo in a great location

We really loved staying here. It was a few blocks to the beach, and the beach is amazing. It is also a short walk to the town of Kihei, which has some great local restaurants, food trucks, shops, and more. We thought it felt more authentic than other parts of the island. The place is well equipped, and we did not need anything. It was easy to check in and I appreciated a keyless entry. Overlooking the pool was nice and made it easy to go for a swim at night. The place is clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. It was worth having a kitchen and a place to sit, versus being in a hotel room. Great stay and highly recommend.

Wow, this place was what all rentals should use as a reference!

The host was so detailed and thoughtful with everything. The unit was in an excellent location and the only sad thing is that we were so busy exploring Maui we didn’t spend much time in the unit. However, coming home after a long day to this clean, comfortable and air conditioned unit was perfect! Our Hostess, made our anniversary trip so special with a bottle of Prosecco and some Hawaiian juices!!! I’m already excited to book this place again for our next Maui trip!!

Best Stay in Kihei!

Such an amazing and comfy space! A safe haven to retreat to after a long day out at the beach or in the mountains! It’s in a central location; you can walk to the beach to watch the sunset and stars and also to the park for great surfing (with the longest breaks, nice for beginners like me). It’s also close to all the good eats and grocery stores. Karen was a very nice host and left some coffee beans and juice for us to enjoy, which was such a kind gesture. the space itself is very cute and well thought out, modern and updated. The lanai cannot be beat for morning breakfasts and afternoon slugs made for reading and coffee. I absolutely adored my stay and Karen as a host!

Best week ever!

This condo has everything you’ll ever think of needing. It is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach necessities, etc. My new fiancé (we got engaged this trip!!) absolutely loved this condo - and will definitely be staying here in our future Maui vacations. Very clean property as well, laundry facilities were easy to use, and we made breakfast in the condo almost every morning. Truly wonderful! We never went in the pool, however it did look nice and clean. One thing that we would request would be a smart TV in the bedroom, there is one in the living room - but there’s just something about kicking back and watching Netflix in bed after a long day in the sun and water. Overall, amazing stay at this condo, and the hosts were very responsive and attentive. Mahalo!

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway!

What a great condo! The location was phenomenal, and Karen was easy to communicate with. We loved that so many items were provided, including beach towels, plenty of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all the kitchen equipment and appliances you might need. We stayed for 10 nights and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of vacation naps were enjoyed! The air conditioning in the main area of the condo was plenty cold, and the large standing fan in the bedroom kept everything cool and comfortable. We didn’t use any of the laundry facilities during our stay, but the laundry room is very close to the unit. Parking was perfect! There is an assigned stall for the unit and it was very close. One of the best perks of the location is being directly across from a beautiful beach. It was a quick 5 minute walk down to the water and the sunsets were breathtaking. Some things not to miss… the Maui Gold Pineapple tour, the Road to Hana (we recommend hiring a tour company to do the driving—it was worth it), and seeing the sunrise at Haleakala. We also loved Mama’s Fish House (get reservations 6 months in advance. It’s expensive but SO worth it) and the poké at Tamura’s (yes, is a liquor store but the poké was awesome). A hui hou!

My family and I had 18 wonderful nights in this lovely condo over Christmas and New Year’s. We had the best time exploring all of Maui and coming back to a bright, clean, and cozy space. The kitchen was well set up and we made many meals and enjoyed them on the lanai - including Christmas cookies! The pool and grounds are well looked after, and the keyless entry and free & reserved parking space was ideal. This condo has everything you could ask for and makes a good home base for exploring the local area on foot or venturing out via a rental car. You are just a stone's throw away from everything you need but set back just far enough to only hear the songbirds and the gentle trade winds. No traffic or loud pedestrian noise here! It is possible that due to covid, the unit above us was empty as we did not hear anyone upstairs after the first few nights. Turning on the oscillating fan and pointing it away from the bed was the perfect white noise and we never woke to anything other than birds or a rooster crowing. Our favorite beaches, aside from the few amazing options within walking distance were Ulua for the best snorkeling we found and Palauela (aka chicken beach) for little kid friendly boogie boarding and snorkeling (right side of the beach - not left). We spent most of our days lounging on the beach or finding spots to put up our hammock, but we also enjoyed (and froze) at Haleakala summit at sunrise, the Old Lahaina Luau on Christmas Eve (perhaps the best luau because due to covid, there is no buffet and is instead an excellent 5 course meal), free bingo at Moose McGillyCuddy's (Monday nights & kid friendly!), shaved ice at Ululanis, the cute & funky shops in Paia, Dole Whip at Cones on Kihei, fish & chips and drinks at the Maui Brewing Co, Down the Hatch in Lahaina, The Hula Grill for a beautiful sunset anniversary dinner, having the pool mostly to ourselves, the crispy Chinese pork at Ono Only BBQ, everything on the menu at My Thai Maui in Kahului, Tin Roof in Kahului, cinnamon rolls from The Cinnamon Roll Place down the road, and SO much more. We are already counting down our days to come back next Christmas! Mahalo again Karen and Andrew!

Great location with all the amenities

We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.

Perfect for a girls trip to Maui

My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Perfect holiday

Recently renovated, beautifully appointed ground floor condominium on a quiet back street a short walking distance from beautiful beaches and multiple dining options. Pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed every minute.
