All of it except for check in is great - the pool and the location are great. For Maui I recommend this place for an economical no frills getaway. The people there at the pool are super fun but chill. The condo we had was really cute - good directions on how to use - plan to walk a lot or uber eats.

We love staying at sugar beach!vacasa took care of the arrangements.Janalyn who is locally with Vacasa was especially AWESOME!!!!With the storm that had gone through the week before,,,one of the condo buildings did not have elevator service(we were on booked for 5th floor).Janalyn took care of the situation and found availabilty for us in other building on 1st floor! We are senior citizens who would have been greatly challenged doing 5 flights daily! So much appreciate her!! She deserves to be recognized by management Thank You So Much Janalyn.We will definately use Vacasa again.

Great location wonderful property great proximity to the town of Kihei. Walk from your room right to the beach or the pool. good swimming and walking beach, the room was simple but very nice. It had all the amenities to I'm going to smoothie or Margarita to making a waffle for your breakfast would stay here again!

We had a side tower view which was amazing. We saw an amazing sunset every night. Unit had outstanding amenities. From cookware to utensils to spices and dishes, towels, etc.. All our needs were met. I want to rent this unit again!

Did not use Wi-Fi . A/C kept changing the temp up an down. Room was clean. The dishwasher did not want to start except on Heavy Duty, and the ran for 2 hrs. until I canx. it! Fridge was loud. We turned it OFF at night to avoid the noise. 3 knives in silverware drawer had the blades fall off the handle in our hand! Towel rod outside shower was starting to come off the wall. Lanai screen handle was coming off. Screw stripped. Other than the above, it was fairly comfortable.
