Kamaole Sands is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush landscaped ponds, fountains and foliage. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of building 10 is arguably THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION in the resort with GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS and just steps from Kamaole III Beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. BBQ grills are located at the end of our building.

We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. ALL FOUR MATTRESSES WERE REPLACED IN MAY 2022. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our

Great stay on Maui

The condo was spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. A very nice beach is directly across the street which was wonderful for our group with kids. The pool area is very nice and we used it many times. We could sit on our lanai and watch whales and sunsets- and enjoyed coffee every morning looking at the ocean. Tad and Kathy are very nice hosts and very responsive.

Great family vacation

My wife and I are in our late 60's and enjoyed the ground floor no stairs layout of the property. The ocean was right outside, easy in and out with the car we rented, good location so nothing was hard to get to. We had a great time and would recommend the property to everyone. Ground floor across street from Kam III Beach. 2 Patios with gorgeous Sunset views. Owner did a fantastic job of providing All Beach supplies … umbrellas, chairs, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful Experience!

Amazing vacation!

We loved staying here and hope to return another time! The rental was perfect for our family needs. I loved being able to sit on the lanai, see/hear the ocean and watch my children run and play in the grassy area with no worries. Coming and going was a breeze. I'm not sure we could ever stay anywhere else in Maui after staying here! The location is incredible, and the condo was the perfect size for 5 adults and 1 infant. You can't beat being able to walk to the beach everyday. Thanks for everything, Tad!

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

We loved this condo! A ton of space and a great corner, first floor, location with a view of the ocean. It also was fully equipped with everything we need: Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, snorkels, boogie boards, towels, etc! The location was also perfect - close to everything in Kihei and Wailea and steps to the beach. Our daughter also loved having the pool and hot tub nearby! The owners were extremely communicative and a delight to work with.

Great place for 2 adults and 2 kids. Just about everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach was provided. The host was quick to communicate and resolve a small issue that came up.

The location was great! One minute walk to the beach, walking distance from shops, short drive to Wailea and Kahului. Sitting out on the lanai was the best! The house was well equipped with everything you’ll need! Thank you Tad and Kamaole Sands!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. It’s the perfect location for walking to the beach, watching sunsets from the lanai, playing on the large grassy area, and so much more. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
