Many great things: beautiful view, parking, garbage dumpsters nearby, near pool, TV, mattress, allowed us to get in early; kitchen cooking items, bath towels big and fluffy, Mediocre; bedspread/blanket dirty; washer/dryer very very small; partially remodeled but mostly old; cheaply furnished; no laundry detergent; no welcome basket; coffee pot broken - we had to replace it; had to stand up on the sofa to reach the thermostat

We enjoyed this property and would stay here again easily. The patio is so nice we never went to the pool all week! Location is nice and quiet with beautiful grounds, steps from the beach and boardwalk and also walk to hotels with restaurants and bars. The property is better than the photos! Easy, relaxing, beautiful oceanfront place

This place was clean, easy to access and a beautiful environment along the Wailea ocean front. We had excellent communication with the host and the place had plenty of clean towels, beach chairs, umbrellas to use. Plenty of room for the two of us and tv, internet, games to keep us occupied. We snorkeled everyday just footsteps away at the beach and reef area out front. We enjoyed our stay and it felt like our second home. I would recommend this place for sure! We will be back. Mahalo!

A Slice of Paradise in the heart of Wailea

This condo has been renovated to a sleek modern look. The furniture is comfortable and the AC keeps you cool. You have a spectacular view on your lanai and it is only a few steps to Ulua beach and the Wailea Beach walk. You can cook or walk to one of the restaurants nearby!!! Shopping at the Wailea mall is a block away. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!!!!

Check in was super easy. Hosts were helpful and quick reply on a couple of questions we had. The place is as-advertised. The view is amazing, we walked right off our patio, down the lawn and onto the beach. The location on the beach walk was perfect for morning exercise 2.5 mile loop w/ a coffee stop in the middle. Bed was comfortable, there were extra pillows. Plenty of kitchen items to cook meals. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Elua condo

The view from this 1 bedroom condo is expansive and breathtaking. The location within the Village is great- close to the water, the pickleball court and pool. Our host responded immediately to our questions and our stay was top notch. We will return, and this unit is a good fit for us. Thanks!

A Wailea Elua Gem

This property is a well maintained gem, great location steps from pickleball court, upper pool and bbq grills. Less than 5 minute walk to the Pavilion and the beach, also a 2-minute walk straight to the beach path. The unit is comfortable, completely appointed with everything you might need to enjoy your time there. The owner is also very accessible and responds quickly with any questions or requests

This unit was the perfect size for my husband and me. The view from the lanai was fantastic! Communications with the owner were easy and she was responsive to issues that arose. Personally I would suggest rearranging the furniture to switch the dining table with the living room furniture so you could watch TV and see the ocean at the same time and it would make it easier to reach the thermostat. We enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful 10 Days in Paradise

This was our second stay at Wailea Elua, and it didn't disappoint. The one bedroom one bath was the perfect size for my wife and me. The host was easy to work with and very responsive to any inquires we had. The unit was well stocked with all necessary items to prepare various meals throughout our visit. The first-floor locations with its proximity to the upper pool, Pickleball court and of course the ocean was excellent. The views from the patio were amazing. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic location, steps from great beach with snorkeling

The location is great, lovely sprawling grounds in front of a great beach for swimming and some respectable snorkeling with sea turtles too! If you want to dine at any of the resort restaurants, they are all walking distance on the beach front path. Great if you don’t want to be cramped up in a hotel tower, plus in-unit washer/dryer and of course full kitchen with all the amenities. Spent every evening on the lanai with lovely ocean view. Pretty quiet and tranquil. Not sure if the whole complex is adult only, but during our stay was a great refuge from those that unfathomably bring their crying infants to Hawaii. Wailea Elua Village is a definite gem on the Wailea coast!

Feb. 2024 stay at Wailea Elua #1401

This is a great property. You can hear the waves from the unit, and you can easily see the ocean from the lanai. Wailea Elua is located conveniently close to the Shops at Wailea, which includes several restaurants and a pub. Finally, the upstairs neighbors (Phil and Diane, who own their unit) are lovely. For the manager of this property: 1) the lamp on the bedside table on the left side of the bed, looking toward the headboard needs replacing or rewiring; 2) the bulb on one of three ceiling recessed lights over the couch needs replacing; and 3) there needs to be more light over the round dining table (maybe a torchere or floor lamp on the left side of the bookcase on the outside wall). Overall, this is a fabulous condo.
