**BEST LOCATION AT THE MANA KAI RESORT: Mana Kai 402 offers the best ocean views and the best location in the Mana Kai Resort. This condo is located at the ocean end of the building with breathtaking views of palm trees and Maui’s beloved Keawakapu Beach. From Unit 402’s lanai, guests are treated to scenic views of the Haleakala Volcano and the islands of Molokini, Lanai and Kahoolawe. Both bedrooms have direct, unobstructed ocean views. 402 is located away from the stairwells, the elevators and the noise. Open the sliding doors to the large lanai and enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean waves.

OTHER DETAILS:

** LUXURY BEDROOMS: Two (2) master bedrooms are furnished with brand new Four Seasons Mattresses in King Size (comfortable resort quality mattresses, new premium grade linens, down and down alternative pillows and extra pillows). Custom drapery in each bedroom is dual layer -- for privacy, aesthetics and comfortable sleeping. Each bedroom is private from the other with its own locking door and separate access (ingress/egress) to the exterior entry hallway (note that the front bedroom shares its space with the kitchen and living area but has its own locking door and is entirely private at bed time). Guests staying in either bedroom separately enter/exit the condo through the exterior door in the common entry hallway. Two couples can stay at the condo together, with each couple having their own private bedroom space.

**TWO BATHROOMS: Two (2) redesigned custom en suite bathrooms, with a clean, modern look, hidden pocket doors, walk-in showers with "linen" porcelain wall tile and custom-made glass mosaic tile accents. The showers feature rain-heads and an extra wand. In the front bathroom you can actually take a shower with a partial view of the ocean! Modern, wall-mounted vanities with under-cabinet lighting. The front bathroom has an enclosed changing area with two closets and plenty of hooks and shelves. There is even an automated Toto Japanese wash-let (an automatic toilet with bidet). Premium grade towels are amply furnished, along with all the soap/body wash, shampoos and conditioner you will need.

**KITCHEN: Full-sized custom kitchen with in-wall appliances from Thermador/Bosch (fridge with ice-maker, induction cook-top, oven, drawer-style micro, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender) new dishes, flatware, cutlery, glassware, Le Creuset non-stick cookware (non-carcinogenic, ceramic type) and other conveniences you will want on your Maui vacation. We've added LED lighting, glass shelves and a small "waterfall" counter space. A modern vent hood with decorative white, amber or blue light is set against custom-made glass tile.

**LUXURY FEELING: Glass deco tile wall, Italian "beech wood" porcelain tile flooring, attractive low-voltage soffit, under-cabinet lighting, Hawaiian "Koa" wood ceiling fans, custom 4-color stained hickory wood cabinets, two (2) wall-mounted 4K televisions, built-in TV cabinets, a custom barn wood accent wall, modern ocean-inspired furnishings and original Hawaiian art throughout.

**ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART: Our condo conveys the feeling of "Mana Kai" with a cache' of local art from renowned Hawaiian artists to compliment the modern island de'cor, making the views inside as beautiful as the views outside. The art elegantly showcases the natural beauty of Hawaii. Neutral colors inside the condo provide a clean backdrop, allowing your attention to be drawn to the stunning art throughout: (1) a majestic sea turtle by award-winning Maui sea life photographer, Daniel Cesere; (2) a large wave photograph by Cameron Nelson; (3) a surfing triptych entitled, "Wahine", by Maui's own Ronaldo Macedo; (4) a female portrait entitled, "Seabreeze", by Vidan; and (5) a mural-sized Japanese-Hawaiian gyotaku triptych, "Fish Prints", by Carrie Brady, featuring the eye-catching green and blue colors of local reef fish and marine life found right here on Keawakapu Beach.

**BEST BEACHFRONT LOCATION: The Mana Kai resort is situated on a light angle on a mile-long stretch of world-class Keawakapu Beach, where the 5-star hotels are located, with beautiful sand and warm, clear water. Truly the best beachfront location in Maui. A vast coral reef with great swimming, snorkeling and abundant fish & marine life, including sea turtles, awaits you right here.

**AIR CONDITIONING: Comfortable dual zone Mitsubishi AC throughout the condo provides comfortable temperatures year-round. Each bedroom has its own thermostatic remote control.

**OTHER AMENITIES IN THE CONDO: Beach towels and beverage coolers are provided. Two (2) Bose Sound Link Bluetooth Speakers for music streaming. Chaise lounge chairs are provided for guest use at the pool and on the lawn (adjacent to the beach), telephone service, Free high-speed WiFi internet access in both bedrooms and throughout the condo. There is a free parking spot reserved for our guests. Best of all, 402 has a large oceanfront lanai situated right over the beach, with brand new zero gravity lounger chairs and designer outdoor furniture, so you can relax in style as you enjoy the amazing views.

**WASHING MACHINES & DRYERS: available steps away on the 4th floor (approx. $3 per load). Credit cards accepted.

**RESORT STYLE AMENITIES: The resort features a beautiful beachfront swimming pool and numerous vacation conveniences. Although we currently DO NOT have a restaurant on premises, our new restaurant will be coming soon, a brand new Peter Merrimann restaurant ("The Beach House at Mana Kai", by Handcrafted Restaurants), expected to open in late in early 2025. Guests enjoy wonderful coffees, sandwiches, alcoholic beverages and treats at 808 General Store and Deli. MKM offers an Activities Desk/Concierge and a Beach Equipment Rental Shop with snorkeling gear, stand-up paddle boards and kayaks, and an Outdoor BBQ Grill area exclusively for guest use.
