Would visit again

Very nice cabin, although ants were our roomates so maybe services could do sanitations before the high season starts. We ordered bug spray and it was delivered the next morning. Very easy to get ahold of maintenance staff. Comfortable beds and good size cabin we traveled with our indoor cat and there was a pet blanket available. Wished there was more information on website about what exactly is in the cabins. We visited setseminen national park for hiking so Holiday club was good distance for our trip and served us well. Lovely area and sauna was great!!

Ei viikonloppuna pienten lasten kanssa matkaaville

Perjantaina oli ravintolassa esiintyjä ulkona. Musiikki kuului sanoja myöden sisälle ja lapse saatiin nukkumaan vasta klo:01 jälkeen. Muurahaisia joka puolella sisätiloja. Nauloja kynnyksestä esillä, lapset repii jalkansa.

Täysin hintansa väärti

Yöpyminen sujui oikein mukavasti. Mökki oli pieni, mutta täysin riittävä kahdelle ihmiselle. Vaikutti tuoreeltaan remontoidulta, ja hyväkuntoiselta. Varusteet riittävät perus ruoan tekemiseen, ja lyhytaikaiseen majoitukseen.

Ensimmäistä kertaa täällä Pyhäniemessä - ja ah, olipa kaunis ja viihtyisä paikka! Ja kaikki toimii - siis ihan KAIKKI. Ja mökki oli niin siisti ja puhdas, että somen siivojaguru Auri Kananenkin jäisi kakkoseksi! 😀

tämä oli 4 kerta pyhäniemessä mutta ei varmaan viimeinen olen ollut niin talvella kuin kesällä ja aina yhtä mukavaa.vaikka on paljon porukkaakin niin on silti rauhallista että kyllä siellä hermo lepää.mökit asiallisia ja erittäin siistejä ja tilavia.palvelut respassa hoituu helposti ja nopeasti ja harrastus mahdollisuuksia on hyvin tarjolla.ainoa moite on aikainen mökin luovutus joka on aamuisin kello 9.00 muuten kaikki ok suosittelen ihan kaikille porukoille kohdetta.

Holiday Club Pyhäniemi

Pyhäniemi Holiday club oli positiivinen yllätys, mökki oli siisti, laadukas ja hyvin varusteltu. Ympäristö tarjosi tarpeeksi mahdollisuuksia eri harrastuksiin. Ainoa pieni negatiivinen asia oli aikainen ulos kirjautuminen aamulla. ( klo. 09.00)

Loistokunnossa oleva mökki. Saisi täydet pisteet jos huoneen luovutus ei olisi jo ysiltä. Se ei oikein sovi viikonloppumatkaan jos on työssäkäyvä ihminen.

Sisään- ja uloskirjaukset ei pitäny paikkaansa. Onneks selvitin ne majoittajalta päivää ennen lähtöä, klo 13 päästiin mökkiin ja klo 9 lähtö. Muuten kaikki meni hyvin, kotoisa ja siisti mökki. Tulemme uudelleen! Iso kiitos huoltomiehelle!!!

Kirjautumisdilema

Sain erittäin ristiriitaista tietoa sisäänkirjautumis - ja uloskirjautumisajoista. Yhdessä viestissä minulle ilmoitettiin kirjautumisajaksi klo 13.00 ja uloskirjautuminen klo 9.00. Toisessa viestissä sisäänkirjautuminen klo 17.00 ja uloskirjautuminen klo 10.00. Nämä eivät ole millään lailla asiakkaan kannalta reiluja sillä myöhäisemmällä kirjautumisella menetät kolme tuntia ja maksa yöpymisestä liikaa majoitusliik-keelle. Keskustelin ravintolan yrittäjän kanssa (antaa avaimet) asiasta ja hän oli todella turhautunut tähän asiaan. Hän joutuu selittämään parhaansa mukaan asiakkaille tämän ongelman. Lisäksi ilmoitettu neliömäärä ei mielestäni vastaa ilmoitettua vaan on pienempi.

Mökki oli siisti, mutta selvästi pienempi kuin luvattu 60 m2, mittasimme sen ja tulos 43 m2. Varausvahvistuksessa luki uloskirjautumisaika klo 10,mutta se oli 9, eikä siitä joustettu yhtään, vaikka seuraavaa ei kuulemma ollut heti tulossa. Ajat varausvahvistuksessa olivat muutenkin väärin. Ilman takkaa olisi ollut kylmä. Plussaa viihtyisyydestä, siisteydestä ja hyvästä saunasta.

Kolme yötä ”piilossa” kauniissa puitteissa

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä mökin siisteyteen ja varustetasoon. Rauhallinen ympäristö järvineen ja niemennokkineen oli viehättävä. Korona-ajoista johtuen emme ravintolapalveluja käyttäneet. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli liian aikainen uloskirjautuminen (klo 9), johon emme saaneet muutosta. Toivoisimme enemmän hyvin merkittyjä muutaman tunnin ulkoilureittejä.
