"Absolutely a gem. Location is prime. It is small and I would not have children there because of the stairs and small size. But was very comfortable and suited two of us perfect. Could use a microwave. Other than that was perfectly charming. Host was responsive within minutes!"

Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town.
I arrived on an early ferry from Helsinki and through I would just drop off my bags for the day as check in and a at 3:00 pm and it was 11:00 am. There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.

We chose one of the package rates which includes breakfast and sauna in the mornings and would highly recommend that option. After a wonderful cooked to order breakfast every morning, we had the sauna reserved for some relaxation. It was an amazing experience as we literally had the entire sauna area just for ourselves. Kristi, the Head Concierge, is the best! I needed to make floral arrangements for a funeral on a Sunday when all shops were closed- and Kristi was able to leverage her contacts to get a beautiful bouquet to the service. She will never know how much this simple gesture meant to me and my family, but she delivered when needed most. This is definitely the hotel in Tallinn in which to stay!

The room was a good size. Nice to have a fridge. The shower was amazing, lots of water pressure and hardly no wait time for hot water. Within walking distance of most attractions, as a solo white female I felt safe walking around alone.
