"食器家電等の設備は整っており、困った事は無く快適に過ごす事が出来たが、部屋の隅にホコリが残っており清潔感を感じられませんでした。その他に、ベッドの枕も不快臭があり、あまり清潔感はありませんでした。自然の中なので割り切らないといけない部分ではあるが、チェックイン時にカーテンレール部分に虫の付着が多く、約10匹以上の生きた虫が室内におり、殺虫剤も無く対処するのに不便を感じ、不快でした。 ホコリと虫への改善をして欲しいと感じました。"
