The hotel is quite new. Service is perfect. Breakfast is very good. I like the Faith, the receptionist who arranged good safari trip to me. I will definitely come back again as I often travel to Kenya for business.

No complaints whatsoever

Peaceful atmosphere once you get inside. Staff is very courteous and go the extra step to please their guests. Shower water was hot and great pressure. Rooms were clean. Did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, or outside. TV and remote worked well. Website photos are accurate Food was hot and tasty. Not overly spiced or salty. Fruit was sweet. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wished I could stay longer

Everything was great

Great way to enjoy Kenya

Excellent breakfast and wahing mashine has drayer together.

We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour. Upon arrival to the hotel, the car was stopped at the gate where dogs sniffed us (and the car) and a few security guards did a search of the vehicle. Once inside the gate,...

Conveniently located near the Wetlands entertainment area. It is easily walkable from the hotel.

I just got back from a 3 night stay at Baraka Tower and it was such a nice hotel with amazing central ac! I loved the staff so friendly and attentive! The breakfast was pretty good too. I had dinner a couple of nights and enjoyed the food. Big servings too! I was always greeted and asked how everything was. I recommend staying here. Budget friendly and pretty close to everything I needed. Ubers are easy to get and super cheap! $2-$4usd depending where you're going.
