I found out a week before my stay that the hot tub and pool were closed which is one of the main reasons I booked. Disappointed but didn’t want to change accommodations. Ended up being a great trip! "Ok hotel. Staff was really nice although there was just one person for the whole property. Tons of kids in the halls, really loud during the day and early evening. Most everyone in our group experienced loud and odd noise in their rooms. In our room specifically I think it may have been the fridge but it was loud repetitive noise that kept us up all night. "
