"Room needs cleaning and updating. Bugs in shower and by entry door.as well as bathroom floor. Got the distinct impression that because we booked through Expedia staff was unwilling to change and or accommodate a paid upgrade. WiFi was poor. Partial ocean view was severely partial. Could only view ocean standing tightly in corner of room by sliding lanai door. This was more like a standard no view room."
