"Great budget hotel. Needs a little uplift but room was quite adequate! Food good. Very friendly staff"

"I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. We were not the only ones waiting at least another 5 or 6...

"We were late for check in but staff were very helpful. Very clean room with a kitchen and excellent view of the lake from the room."
