"The room was clean, but overall I feel the price should be much lower for what you get. The property is very outdated, and the carpets had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout. There were also quite a lot of bugs around the property, which made the stay less comfortable. The cleanliness was fine, but the carpets and overall condition definitely need updating."

"A lovely hotel with nice renovations.
Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
Only negative was our room placement right above the kitchen door to the alley so noisy at times. And view was of a wall about 6 feet from our window.
Would stay again but ask for a brighter quieter room."

"Canceled my booking when Expedia inquired on my behalf of they would concider a one time cancellation refund due to circumstance, should I choose to cancel. They refused the refund and canceled anyway. Stole my $400cad and refused to work with Expedia to fix the situation. Left me on the street in a foreign country while it was getting dark.

"The rooms were clean, the concierge was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast at the Fairview Boutique Hotel (associated business) was good but not included. (Bed, breakfast optional?)
I wish we would’ve stayed at the Fairview itself. The Copper Kettle was extremely tight fitting, mattresses extra firm, walls and floors quite thin. Convenient location to the car park and walking distance to what the town center has to offer."

"I found that the hotel was clean. The bathroom was recently renovated. It could’ve been an improvement to have a safe placed in the room. I was also missing a small wash cloth that I’m used to use during my shower. I enjoyed the breakfast that was available and the on-site pub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to keep my luggage at the hotel after checking out so I could explore the Killarney National Park."

Great amenities
Superb staff who just wanted to make you feel like you didn't need to worry about anything and at every turn there was someone there to help.
Staying at this location perfect and you feel at home and like a sense of family. Unmatched customer service. Great food, great workout facilities and sauna. I can't say anything bad about this lace but I could talk for days about how GLORIOUS this place is. Thanks you so much. We thank you!"
