"The location is beautiful and private and easy to find . Accommodation is spacious and comfortable enough ( apart from the pillows but everyone has different preferences) but felt a bit dark . It seems there is a damp issue as the property unfortunately smelt mildewy and the bed clothes were all damp on arrival which meant we had to use own blankets for the night - we wondered if there is scope to improve ventilation . The water took a long time to heat for a bath … We walked on local footpath...

"We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! We used our downtime to catch up on showers, laundry, rest, and relaxation before resuming our tour around Ireland. It was a lovely house with plenty of room to spread out, watch Banshees of Inisherin, and eat take away from Dooley's in our PJs. The area looks like it would be a lovely place to explore when the...

"This is one of those great early 20th century hotels that has grown even better with age. All rooms are on one side of the hallways so each has an ocean view. And the accommodations, while wonderfully updated, still ooze that classy old charm! The staff (particularly Katie & Miguel) were nothing short of wonderful, and the strand and surrounding area are the stuff dream vacations are made of! "
