Benim ikinci gelişimdi Gaziantep'e ve bu otel tam fiyat performans yeriydi. Odamız da inanılmaz temiz, sıcak ve konforluydu. "No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one...

"An excellent western style hotel in Gaziantep. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Courteus and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast buffet. Valet parking provided with minimal wait. Overall, it is a very well run hotel. We highly recommend it. The only inconvenience we encountered was having to re-sign for wifi access multiple times during our stay."
