"I loved the old fashioned atmosphere of the hotel. You felt a sense of history and authenticity staying there. A nice change from sanitised, boring hotels. The staff were great. I left my debit card iny room and the cleaner came running after us so we didn't leave it behind. Very good value Irish/English breakfast.."

"The room was not perfectly clean, but the view was beautiful, and the location was perfect- right in between the bus stop and the main attractions of the city. So close to everything! The staff was kind enough to keep our luggage while we toured after we had checked out. The pub was perfect after a day of wandering"

"We are one week into a three week vacation. The Hoban was our first night and is still the best so far. Room was large bed was a North American style king size, food was amazing, staff extremely helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"Large clean room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Amazing. Dinner was very good very large portions. Only downfall was the pool was closed for renovations nothing on website about this only found out at the hotel."
