Portable fire extinguisher and first aid kit located in closet. Iron and board, coat hangers and blanket in closet. Host provides portable blue tooth speaker, alarm clock, mini sound machine. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure the backyard and pool areas are tidy and cleaned. Please make sure the umbrella is closed and tied.
Place dirty bath and beach towels in the tub. Please do not remove comforter and sheets as the cleaners prefer to remove dirty bedding themselves.
Please leave the key in the Mermaid’s suite door when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
