We've stayed here multiple times and have found it perfect for us. We get poolside rooms, because they are all 1st floor, ocean side can be 2nd floor (no elevator).You literally walk through a breeze way and your on the beach. Staff are friendly, restaurants are in walking distance and pool is kept clean. We highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over a holiday weekend. Overall, the hotel itself was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. However, shortly after arriving, there was a group near our room that appeared as though they might become disruptive. They had their door wide open, were going in and out, and were already being quite loud. I called the front desk to express concern and was initially told that we could be moved to another room if needed. When I decided, approximately less than 10 minutes later, I would feel more comfortable moving rooms, I was then told that the room that was previously available had been booked online. I completely understand that availability can be limited during busy times, and that yes it’s a holiday weekend and people are going to want to have fun, but what was disappointing was that the staff seemed largely unconcerned about the situation or our experience as guests. A little more empathy and effort to address the concern would have gone a long way. Thankfully, the stay itself ended up being okay overall, but customer service in that moment could have been much better.
