SOUND FRONT PRIVATE GUEST APARTMENT!

Enjoy sound front views and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay! This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck and private living space. Built in 2017. There is a outside shower available to guests, extra pullout couch, and covered parking underneath our house. Guests have free access to bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks off the dock.

Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. 3 minute drive to free public beach accesses (1 mile), Publix is 1/2 mile away, multiple restaurants within a mile, and this is a wonderful neighborhood for biking. There is a sound front boardwalk to bike down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 minute bike away, and many of our favorite restaurants are biking distance from our house.

Avalon Pier, Brewing Station, beach road bars, and Publix all within 2 miles.

We could not have been happier with Eddie’s place! Fabulous location, super clean, and comfortable space. Eddie was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Outer Banks History

As a NC native this was my first trip to the Outer Banks to discover our deep historical American beginnings. Eddie and Ashley were perfect hosts and made us feel like family!! The house and location and their hospitality were all exceptional!!

Located in great neighborhood tucked away on the sound yet close to KDH main road. Lovely apartment rental w private dock and spectacular sunsets. Cozy beautiful place

Fantastic Place!

This little place is perfect for an escape to the Outer Banks! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Access to the bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrella make the stay even better. Eddie is a very responsive and accommodating host and has helpful suggestions if you need them. I highly recommend this rental!
