You cannot go wrong by staying at this stunning resort, everything is perfectly designed and carried out, the view is dreamlike, the staff friendly and the premises well maintained and spotless. Some highlights: - beautiful spa with outdoor hot-water pool with panoramic view of the lake, indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna - excellent breakfast in Panorama Restaurant - multiple restaurants and bar with live music - quiet rooms with view of the lake, showers+tub We stayed here as a couple and our only regret: that we did not stay long enough.

We had the most amazing stay at the Europe Hotel & Resort in Killarney to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was honestly the perfect place for such a special occasion. ❤️ Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, comfortable and with everything we could have wanted. The food was also really good, both dinner and breakfast, with plenty of choice and everything we had was delicious. The highlight for us was definitely the ESPA. It was absolutely amazing and such a relaxing experience. We spent some lovely time there and it really made our anniversary stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the setting is stunning, and it was the perfect place to celebrate our first year of marriage. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

Immaculately run and maintained property with superior professional service and amenities. Lots of comfortable public indoor areas and outdoor grounds with beautiful views of lake Leane. Helpful, curteous and pleasant staff, from reception, to waitpersons and housekeeping. Ample no-cost parking and only a short drive from/to Killarney. Great base for families of couples visiting Killarney, Killarney National Park and touring the Ring of Kerry. Overall great stay experience, and good value for the money.

Really lovely spot for a holiday all year round.

Everything was super, just a bit disappointed that the staff addressed my husband directly always as his name was on the booking. I did the booking but that doesn't matter! All good other than that. We look forward to going again later in the year.

Great hotel, room less so.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. While the view was good, the room is located near the parking garage entrance and the laundry. I would never have booked this room if I knew it's location. Also, the room did not have a working safe or thermostat, so the room was sub-tropical.

Lovely hotel. But for a 5-star resort st that price point we thought that the room was a bit cramped. Also the lighting in our room was practically non- existent! We had someone come to help but he just said that some rooms are very dark and don’t have lighting. And that we had one of those rooms. It was impossible to read a book at night. Nice staff however and fabulous spa!

3* EXPERIENCE

Arrived at hotel mid week for one night. We were told by reception at check in the cleaners were still in the room so we went for a drink in the meantime. When we returned we were told the room still wasn't ready so we waited in the lobby. Reception finally gave us the key and when we arrived at the room the foor was open and the cleaners were still inside. Hotel should not state on website that you can check in at 3pm and then have toom ready at 4.10pm. We went to the spa and had intense deep tissue massages where we both fell asleep so obviously they were not that intense but enjoyable all the same. The thermal suite was also underwhelming- jacuzzi not working in infinity pool and sauna was very hot. On return to our room, we noticed all our belongings were moved and the curtains closed. Not sure if this is usually done in 5* hotel but we felt like it was unnecessary. We then went to the Brasserie for dinner where we were told that there would be a 45min wait for food but we could go to Riva as they would have seats. I had called weeks beforehand to reserve a table at the Brasserie and was told it was first come first serve. Then we noticed a table reserved for 8 people on our way out. The room was well equipped but the beds were hard and it was way too hot leading to a poor night sleep. Told the receptionist about our check in and instead of taking it on board she unapologetically said that the hotel was fully booked and check in is usually between 3-4pm
