"We weren’t sure about this hotel because of the rating but this is a perfect example of the rating not being right… The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room than I chose on Hotels.com. We were right by the pool. The room looked like it had just been renovated but they said it was done a year and half ago. Couldn’t tell. Everything looked new and clean. "Nice place. Brand new, but my keys didnt work. The room doors were freshly painted and were sticking closed so much that I thought I'd been locked out. I had about 100 lbs of luggage as I work construction and was carrying tools. No one offered a cart or any help when i was clearly struggling to carry all of it. "
