4/10 Poor

"Terribly uncomfortable beds. You can feel the springs in the mattress , linen was rough, no ironing boards. Poorly lit rooms . Restroom had a extremely loud vent fan that woke everyone up when the light switch was turned on. There was heavy rain, and the 1st floor flooded, and the staff at the front desk acted unconcerned, the following morning they finally wet vacuumed up the water from the carpet. waking up all the guest."

"The room was huge. But the bed was weird because it was only a mattress on a tall bed frame. The sink area was old a cracked. I couldn't find the hot water in the bath tub. Also the tub had a bath mat in it. Which also thought was gross. The water didn't drain from the tub. So I thought maybe the plug was in. Nope it was a huge clump of black hair. Discussing. Couldn't wash my hands enough."

Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Killeen

8/10 Good

"The room was clean there were only a few issues that should be resolved. The toilet would sometimes not flush there was no water to make the toilet flush. There was black mold in the bathroom near the ceiling. The mold really needs to be addressed before someone gets sick and sues the pants off of you guys."

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Killeen - Fort Hood

10/10 Excellent

"The room was large with a clean bed and hot water in the shower. The staff was great with check in and our 1am check out due to an early flight. A lot of stores and restaurants were nearby. The pool was nice and the breakfast lacked meat and/or potatoes but it was nice to have Texas shaped waffles. I would recommend and will stay again on our next trip."
