Mountain Green is doing construction over the spring / summer / fall and the outdoor deck will be blocked off due to scaffolding.

Please note: The condo is doing work on the roof scheduled spring / summer / fall. The patio is not available while the roof work is ongoing. Construction starts at 7:30, and runs until 5:30.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the building. $500 fine for extra cleaning if there is smoke.
