Welcome to our charming one-bedroom condo at the Fall Line Condominium Complex in Killington, Vermont! With comfortable accommodations for up to four guests, our cozy retreat is perfect for couples or small families. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The full bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking after a long day on the slopes. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare your meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying a cozy meal in. Stay warm and cozy by the wood-burning fireplace, with firewood provided for your convenience. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or simply relax and unwind after a day on the mountain. Our condo is located in the heart of the Fall Line Condominium Complex, which offers a range of amenities, including an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym. The ski slopes are just a short drive away (free shuttle on weekends and holiday weeks), and there are plenty of dining, shopping, and nightlife options nearby. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
