This is the lower level apartment of a stand alone home. The owner occasionally uses the home as a vacation home. There is a separate entrance to the unit and the driveway is shared, but parking is on one side for this unit.

Please note: If you need a pack `n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.


The pool, sauna, and gym are all resort amenities provided by the Pico Fitness Center, which is a short drive across the road. They are open 6:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. They provide showers, lockers and a changing room, remember to bring a towel! The pool is by reservation only.
-This is a non smoking home, there is a $500 fine for smoking due to the extra cleaning
-Up to 2 well behaved dogs under 50 pounds each are allowed. Please keep dogs on leash while outside and clean up after pets.
