The welcoming living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful mountain surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast before hitting the slopes or dinner after a day of adventure. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. During the winter season, guests can take advantage of the complimentary weekend and holiday shuttle service to the Snowshed Base Lodge, located just half a mile away, and enjoy ski-home access when natural snow conditions allow. During the summer months, guests have access to the Whiffletree outdoor pool and are within walking distance of the Killington Golf Course, with hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, and outdoor activities just minutes away. Whether you're planning a ski vacation, golf getaway, or relaxing mountain escape, Whiffletree E4 offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable Killington location. Things to keep in mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. The owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities. • Outdoor pool is available in Summer Months Only. • You will have easy access to the laundry facilities in buildings A, D, and I. • A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of arrival.
