Sunrise Timberline: 3BR, 2BA Ski In/Ski Out Condo

This three bedroom, two bathroom ski condo is located at Sunrise Mountain in Killington. You'll walk in to a two-floor, loft style condo with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the primary bedroom, bathroom and bunk room. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services and fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season.

This two floor lofted condo is located in the desirable ski in / ski out Sunrise area of Killington. That trail is snow dependent and usually open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trail is closed, so please check before booking.

• Ski on/off: This property is ski on / ski off only when the Sunrise trail is open. That trail is snow dependent and usually open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trail is closed, so please check before booking.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The indoor pool, spa facilities and outdoor hot tub are open from Thanksgiving to Mid-March only. The outdoor pool and tennis courts are open Memorial Day to mid-September. Hiking trails are open.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

What a beautiful cozy place! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Some things in the house could definitely be updated, like kitchenware, slow drains in the bathrooms. The living room light was not working for us unfortunately. We got to enjoy the fireplace, and the community hot tub that was about a 5 min drive away. Did not get to use the on/off lift. Overall a great place with sufficient amenities and space for a friend group to spend time together. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful weekend :)

We were very disappointed in our stay here. The pictures that are listed on this condo is false advertisement. We wanted and needed 4 single beds as showed in one of the rooms. When we got there there was a bed by a window sill which was freezing to sleep and one single bed and a queen bed underneath. Our sleeping arrangements were all messed. Not only thst but coffee machine did not work as well as the washer machine. Also the power went out twice and barely had service to even complain the first day when we got to this condo. We could not get ahold of owners for this condo either. I contacted vrbo about this situation but I still have yet to get this situation resolved.

Great for a short stay. Enjoyed the fireplace and newer couches. The kitchen was not well stocked for a long stay, also very disorganized and found burnt pans tucked away on top of the fridge. Place could definitely use a sprucing up, thermostat broken upstairs, table chairs rickety and walls were very damaged.

We booked this property for a ski-in/ski-out experience, so that we could avoid crowds and the lodges. We were able to ski all morning morning, ski back to the condo to eat lunch, and then head back to the slopes for another couple hours of skiing in the afternoon. All in all, it was a great trip for our first time visiting Killington. The owner answered all our questions and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Thanks for a great ski vacation!
