"A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. "We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "This property is fantastic - the pool area is as great as if looks, and everything is clean and modern. The property is also very private whole still being within 15 mins of Tsilivi and downtown Zakynthos. The hosts were lovely and left some water and snacks - they seem to have thought of everything."

"The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...
