"The room was smaller than a typical hotel room, but was clean and everything worked as expected. There is a common room with cooking supplies. The only complaint is that it's difficult to find food in Swalinbar, but that is unrelated to the hostel. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is a lot to do. "

"Breffni Arms Hotel is a terrific place to stay. We had a family event to attend nearby, and they went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Lovely, quiet room, restaurant on premises had delicious food and great staff. Their omelettes are so good. Location is perfect, and parking was fine. I can't say enough of good things about them. "We only stayed one night as part of our tour of Ireland and wished it could have been for longer. Room was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with excellent variety/ quality available to choose from. Grounds were absolutely stunning. Took advantage of one of the walking trails available in the extensive grounds. Could have spent all day in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings but unfortunately we had to get off on our next leg of our trip. If ever find ourselves in the area in the future, we would not hesitate to return to Farnham Estate."
