The fairy lights made the whole place look magical, not to mention providing us with almost every item we could have thought of. The thoughtfulness of all the items within the cottage, as well as additional items in the shed outside provided us with the perfect stay. The place is magical! "

"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...
