"Room was lovely , spacious and airy , we had room 58 , 1 double balcony window and a large double window which overlooked a country path .
Staff were great ,willing and helpful , Even charged my phone overnight because i forgot charger , only downside was pillows were too hard for my liking and threw them on the floor but alround thumbs up"
"Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via...

"The hotel was ok in general, however my room at the back of the hotel wasn’t well cleaned. It had an outside door, and dirty boots had left bits on the carpet. My room had no towels and no toilet paper. You’d almost think they’d forgotten to service it. The staff addressed the issues promptly when asked. The hotel served my purposes, but wasn’t great. "

"Lovely welcome, genuinely fantastic dinner (compliments to the chef), great service over dinner and at breakfast. Very good value for money. The hotel made our slightly stressful logistics melt into the background thank you."
