"This is a lovely spot on the hill above the center of town. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the water. It has a secluded small garden patio, lovely for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. There are plenty of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We fell in love with Oban and would have stayed longer if we could. If we ever get back we would definately stay here again."

The benefit of one of the apartments on the upper floors were the views - only really a drawback on arrival and departure (no lift), but not an issue really providing mobile/agile. "Floors squeaked with every step. WiFi was only pay for city service. Kitchen floor had buckle d vinyl. Dishwasher would not open fully due to baseboard. No instructions for parking or equipment in flat, such as washer, Tzv, available overnight"

Cons: Lacking ventilation in the bedroom, Sleeping is challenging due to creaking floor from the upstairs apartment (you can hear every for footstep), patio chairs outside are unusable since there is no cover against the rain."
