"The hotel staff were excellent. The food was very good. The room was comfortable (accessible room) but could do with refresh. The carpet was quite stained in places, the tiles on floor of shower were sharp around the drain, the shower taps were roughly fixed to shower wall and very difficult to turn ..."

"The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. "The house is in the most picturesque location. We spent hours in the deck listening to trees and birds, looking at the sunset, cooking BBQ. Lots of fabulous eateries within 30 mins drive. The host is responsive and the house is very well equipped. Wuld recommend to friends and family."
