"We stayed 21 nights in Vietnam and this was by far the best two nights stay of the entire trip. It's a tropical oasis in the middle of an active rice field. Five minutes from town and central to all tourist sites. They have bikes to use and we explored the countryside and small villages at our own leisurely pace while stopping for food and drink along the way. "Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "

"Schönes grosses Luxushotel im Zentrum Ninh Binh liegt relativ ruhig, aber an einer grossen Strasse im Bonzenviertel Ninh Binhs. Nahebei gibts Restaurant und Cafes in fussläufiger Entfernung. Indoorpool, w Außenpools und zwei weitere sind vorhanden. Zimmer war geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Heizung funktionierte. Essen war ok, eher durchschnittliches , Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Touristenspots sind von hier aus nur per PKW, Motorrad erreichbar. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden und haben...

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same.
