"Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure."

"We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. They took our luggages to the room and gave us the key when we got there late in the evening. The room is spacious with extra day bed by the big window. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. "Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."
