"Communication was great. Cozy is definitely an appropriate description. Lol. The water is about 150yrds away so plan accordingly. The AC unit took a bit to figure out how to cool the cabin down.(move the remote to the top of the fridge) but once it cooled down it stayed maintained for the rest of the trip. "This rental property was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The views and scenery are beautiful and the dock was a lot of fun for swimming and fishing. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about or suggest any improvements. The owner was very quick and helpful when responding to any question I had. I would highly recommend this property and will book again next time I had to that area. "
