"Super charming house apartment in downtown Bryn Mawr. We are thrilled to have found this place. Loved walking down to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We also cooked dinner and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Very nice, charming, comfortable place. We will be back!"

"The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!"

"We liked both the location and the property! House was easy to locate, with good off-street parking. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. House has roomy bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Kitchen was well supplied (coffee/tea/dishwasher soap, napkins) as was the washer/dryer). Would add some plastic wrap and silver foil and better ice containers. Porch was a delight for evenings on a hot day! As seniors, we'd like to have grab bars in the tub/shower. Also suggest transition to LED lights...

We were here for our son's graduation., Wish we had found it sooner.... it was very convenient/close to Villanova, and in a beautiful neighborhood The set up and decorations made us feel like we were staying in a museum! Very few places allow dogs. top level was a nice wide-open space with hard wood flooring. Beautifully tiled large shower, and such nice details such at subway tiles in the kitchen area downstairs. "We have never stayed anywhere but a hotel, but on this trip we wanted a better space for our family to relax in. We will never go to a hotel again. The owner has put a lot of thought into this rental- from snacks and pantry items, and board games and books, to decorative charm, and functional spaces. "The carriage house was above a 3 car garage on a beautiful 2 acre piece of property with a beautiful house that was built in 1950 (according to Zillow). It had everything we needed during our stay. The bed was REALLY COMFORTABLE. It was conveniently located close to our daughter's house in nearby Ardmore. We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was very communicative and helpful."
