"This is a new property in the heart of Shibuya. Very well located, about a 11-15 min walk from the main Shibuya station. It is a hostel, even though it’s called Graphy Hotel, my stay was pleasant, the staff was great, multilingual and they make great coffee, they also had free beer for an hour every couple of days. Pretty cool spot on the rooftop with a pool table, and a balcony as well. Free coffee and tea upstairs as well. "

"We loved staying at this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. We rented a couple towels for just 100 yen each. We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal. "Staff is very friendly and facilities well maintained. Very quiet area with nearby beach and close walk to Enoden tram which can take you to Kamakura station or Enoshima in the opposite direction. Very close to some must visit sights with shopping and dining nearer to the station"

"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"Nice Japan bath, Free Washer with Dryer no soap needed and great rooms clean. One problem and this is huge: They force you to leave every day between 10 and 3 for cleaning.
