"Clean room, sweet staff and pretty quiet "

"The room was comfortable well cared. The breakfast items did not disappoint. The sausage egg bagel was delicious. We didnt use the pool or fitness equip however they were very nice. We will stay here again."

"The hotel was amazing, with clean rooms and friendly staff. On-site dining that opens till midnight. Breakfast and evening snacks, which seemed more like a light dinner, were amazing. Overall wonderful experience."

"Besides the hotel being overrun by kids, the staff were always smiling and helpful. The establishment was clean, rooms were clean. The food options were plentiful, and we really enjoyed the strong coffee available early in the morning. The hot tub and pool- the chemistry may have been off, our eyes were burning from the chlorine fumes and my skin was extremely dry and itchy the next day. "

"This is definitely a no frills hotel. The grounds are not well maintained--grass needs cutting, concrete steps are crumbling. When we got to our room, we learned that the TV was not working. We had to move to another room because we were told that there is no maintenance. It was early evening, so not sure if no maintenance in the evening or no maintenance at all. Although there were clean towels in the room, no wash cloths and no hand soap (although there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The oven in the kitchenette was absolutely disgusting! I realized that there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk and asked and they said someone would bring me one. 8 hours later, still no hair dryer, so I went back and asked again. The front desk clerk promised that she would try to find one for me or let me know if there wasn't any available. Never heard back from her and never got a hair dryer. The website states coffee and tea in the lobby, however we were told that the coffee maker was broken. The exercise room had a treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical. The stationary bike was out of order. The treadmill worked fine The one bright spot was that they did allow us to check out late. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Nice clean room"

"Staff was friendly but after 5 the front office isn’t open, they move to a smaller office to the side and don’t answer the phone. Toilet wouldn’t flush without taking the top off and jiggling a piece in the tank which the manager/maintenance showed me how to do. No offer of another room."

"Chosen based on the high rating and being roughly halfway between the zoo/museums and Six Flags. It's...fine. Pros include clean rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, and an easily accessible and pretty quiet location. Cons include cramped bathrooms, cold (indoor) pool, and slow replenishment of some of the breakfast buffet items."
