"There was NO A.C. in my room for 2 nights and it was SO HOT, just UNBEARABLE. I asked for a small fan/ventilator but they did not give me one. They offered me another room but in that room there was a terrible sewer leakage, so I declined that room without hesitating. There was no room service and no room cleaning for the 3 nights. Shower had ONLY a half door, all water going out...next to the toilet...see pic. Electric kettle had rust in it...see pic. TV (not a HDTV BUT VERY OLD) was...

It was decent with a kitchen counter equipped with a stove, a sink, and a few cups and teabags. There was also a hair dryer, a TV, and an AC (and a heating system for the winter). The things that could be improved would be attaching a proper shower head holder, and completely closing the gap in the bathroom’s ceiling as it lets insects in. "I spent a wonderful week with my besties in May 2024 at this property. Our suite was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The management was very helpful, very friendly and very quick to assist when needed. They provided us with extra clean towels, cleaning services and whatever we asked them. We were finally able to get an honest taxi rate in Istanbul because the Dorne guys helped us arrange a taxi ride. I highly recommend. "
