"Didn’t use the parking. Bar prices -expensive . Lovely grounds, very peaceful . Room we were in was quite dark and the lighting in it poor otherwise all good . Rooms all different so I think we were just unlucky it was dark and a bit dingy ."

Peeling wall paper, holes in walls, exposed screws and a dumping corner of old furniture. Paper thin curtains didn’t keep the light out. Threadbare carpets. Staff all friendly and helpful and breakfast fresh with a good continental selection"
