Lady at the hairdresser was very polite and helpful and told us where to find the key safe for the cabin. Cosy cabin, very clean. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee provided. The only issue I had was with the spa they charged me and then when I went to redeem my services they said that I was unable to beto accommodate because of an illness and would not refund my money so I would recommend that you do not pay until your services are completed just for your safety
