I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional. "This is a good property for a few nights, but not something I would recommend for vacationing. What is best about the property is that because it is attached to the casino there is always activity and staff on duty to assist. There is also a ton of security, so even coming back late there was no concern for safety. "
