"Went here for a family trip and enjoyed it. Messed up and booked here instead of closer to the Congress Centre but was a close enough drive. Place was clean and staff were pleasant. Neighbors were quiet too. Tim Hortons was just a few steps away from the front door as well but they did have morning coffee and cereal if you wanted for breakfast in the lobby."

"Helen is an excellent host and has provided, the lucky few who find her property, with all the comforts they will need to enjoy their stay. First impressions as we drove up were high as the neighborhood was well maintained, quiet, and very easy to navigate in and around. We clicked our way through the electronic lock (a big plus as I usually misplace house keys) and we were greeted with a beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and visually appealing home Helen has created. The basement provides a working area for the working traveler, a treadmill for walking on the rainy, cold, hot, whatever days when you don’t want to venture out, and a full sized laundry for guest that have an extended stay. Well lit, maintained, and inviting all around. The main floor provided an open floor plan of living area (with a Roku enabled large screen TV), dining area (with seating for 6 with rom to spare), and large kitchen with all the appliances and tools needed to make a simple breakfast down to a gourmet meal. A well-placed half bath is available on the main floor which was spotless on our arrival. There was a sunny deck off the kitchen where morning coffee or an evening drink can be savored without feeling spied on by the neighbors. The upper level gives three luxurious bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) with windows treatments that allowed for privacy but did not limit the sunlight from pouring in. "The place was clean and well appointed. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. The beds were great. There were 6 people in our group but only 5 bath towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. I didn’t see anything in the description that said to bring any towels, etc. Other than that everything was great!"

"We were not communicated with all day. I had to continue to reach out reach out until finally. I got a text message letting me know what the check in procedure was. We didn’t get into the area until midnight, but we weren’t concerned because we had the check in information. When we got to the door to unlock there was no key and apparently someone was already staying there. So we were sitting outside of this house at 12:30 AM calling knocking no answer no communication. Only to be told the next morning after we had to , find somewhere to sleep that they were sorry they double booked and didn’t realize. Yes you could give grace but we were communicated with and give him the information and yet we still don’t have a place to stay. We ended up spending and a lot more money than we were originally going to because we had to find three different places to stay During a holiday weekend. The host did not provide any real help except we did get a refund. However, we are still out of the money we had to use to get a hotel room because apparently you have to book through Vrbo to be refunded anything. It was a terrible experience and we were so exhausted and everyone we contacted just weren’t available ."
