"It was a perfect stay. Very helpful and responsive staff. We needed room for three adults, and the bed and daybed with pull-out were just right. Comfortable mattresses, enough blankets, clean bathroom and kitchenette, easy parking, easy check-in and check-out. The kitchenette had what we needed for easy breakfast and coffee. Don’t miss Roberto’s Pizza in Barton. Glad we turned the right way out of the driveway and happened upon it. It’s worth a side trip even if not staying close by. Will definitely return…for both a stay and the pizza. :-)"

"Beautiful hotel and location. Plenty of amenities for the family, including a petting zoo. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food service was good. It looks like they are slowly doing updates but much of the hotel is tired looking. I would stay again."

"Overall the experience was great, from making it easy to use the laundry room to the fresh breakfast in the morning. We love the fact that we can have coffee at anytime of the day and night. The room as always was very comfortable and clean. "

"Front desk check in was super easy, very friendly and the cookies were a nice touch! Standard hotel room, it felt clean, our towels were clean, room was clean. The lobby area was very nice, we liked the lemon water station and coffee station. One of the elevators wasn't working but it didn't hamper our stay. "

"Cute and sweet Vermont country house. Two bathrooms is a plus. The place was clean and the kitchen was adequate for our purpose (we just needed French press and the refrigerator really). The folks who own the place live right across the street and are accommodating and nice. The location is within walking distance of the Lamoille rail trail which was a bonus for us. Beds were comfortable. It’s a little loud next to the rushing river and this may bother some people (not me though). Price you pay for such an amazing view! "

"I was traveling with family and our two parrots. Reserved a room on the first floor which made it easy to bring the birds in while in their travel cages. Staff and stay was great! "
