"There was zero staff as it was off season, but I was given the wrong room number, my door handle fell off, it wasn’t awesome."

"We stayed in room 36. Updated/renovated one. Pros - Check-in was easy. The housekeeper allowed us to use her code to check in 2 hours early. Pet friendly. Aside from hair in the shower, it was clean. Beds comfy. ATV trails right there! Right on main road so it can get noisy. Plenty of parking. It is pet-friendly. The cons - Was not able to get in touch with anyone until after we checked out. There’s no one on the property. I emailed through Expedia and their email directly. I attempted to text 2 numbers. Didn’t hear back on one until after we left. We saw an ad in the ATV map for 4pm check out if you Sat Fri & Sat night. This is not correct so that was disappointing… The pool doesn’t appear to be operable, so if you’re wanting a place with a pool this isn’t it. The single shampoo & conditioner container is so tiny, make sure to pack your own! But they gave us 4 soaps for the sink? Overall we had a good stay."

"This is the first time I’ve ever used a hotel with a virtual check-in and nobody onsite. Happy to say it was completely seamless! The hotel is brand new and beautifully appointed. I would’ve never guessed this was even here! Right next to downtown and has a restaurant onsite. Very clean and everything was great!"

"We had a great stay. Michael was very flexible and accommodating, quick to respond. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and dog. House is easy to access and centrally located between town and the ski mountain. We we close to restaurants and able to cook a few meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The dog liked the river and front and back yards. Would book again."
