Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. "The AC was very loud. The room was lovely but getting into the room was a bit of a struggle as you had to fiddle with the lock . Staff went above and beyond for me. Coffee isn't offered in the room, however the staff brought one into my room."
