The entire home is available to guests with the exception of a locked bedroom and closet.

From a cozy living area with a gas fireplace to a spacious fenced backyard for you and your pup (not accessible in winter months), this retreat is perfect for relaxation, outdoor adventure, and creating cherished memories with family and friends.

WHY OUR HOME IS SO SPECIAL TO US:
Being from the Bay Area, we've been visiting Lake Tahoe with family and friends for over 20 years. We always loved renting homes, and making them our own while we visited. It's how we fell in love with the area! Recently we bought a home in Kings beach, and are looking forward to sharing it with others. We're sure you'll fall in love with the area like we did!

Our driveway can accommodate 4 cars.

STR Permit #: STR23-7863 | Max Daytime Occupancy is 12 (excluding guests 12 and younger); Max Overnight Occupancy is 8 (excluding guests 12 and younger) | Parking: 4 driveway spots - NO STREET PARKING NOV 1-MAY 1 | Quiet Hours are from 9pm - 8am. Pets must be leashed and accompanied by their owner at all times while outside.


HOME TRUTHS
☆ Like most homes in Lake Tahoe we do not have air conditioning, but we do supply a portable fan for the lower levels and ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.
☆ We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter and if you would like to protect your trip, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
☆ The backyard is not accessible in the winter months (November - May).
☆Outdoor furniture (including the BBQ) may not be available in the winter months (November - May).
☆One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours.
☆Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.*
